We definitely got great value for our money at this hotel in Matara. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a nice balcony and view of the pool and beach. The location was perfect for relaxation, with the sound of the sea making it even more peaceful. The staff, including the manager, were friendly and went out of their way to help us with transportation and recommendations. Plus, we got complimentary water and fruit, and the pool was fantastic.
As for breakfast choices, it would be great if they offered more variety to cater to different preferences.

My apartment was quiet near nearby restaurant, the more farer beaches of Madiha, which were the nicest, and reef and turtles. There was a clean pool and views towards to the sea. I enjoyed the remote location. In fact, it was located right by the ocean. All in all it was a very very good stay for 3 nights😀

The accommodation was traditional and cosy close enough to Madiha beaches. Its location was nice and excellent: not very far from Galgodiyana.
Tbh, the room was quite dark.

The staff, including the manager and Mrs. Rohini, were incredibly helpful and organized our trip back. The property had a beautiful pool, private beach, and lovely details. The room was clean with no bugs. We received a free upgrade.

The coconut shaded garden was the perfect hangout spot for chill sessions with friends. And let me tell you, the location is on fire! We were just a stone's throw away from the bustling bus station, so it was super convenient for our crazy excursions around the country.
The only thing we wished for was a better party scene for us young wild things. Don't get me wrong, the place was amazing, but a little more energy and nightlife would've taken our stay to the next level.

Beautiful place! Loved the garden and pool. Friendly staff and great service. The breakfast was delicious. We had a lot of privacy. Easy access to nearby restaurants. The owner was a perfect host. Short walk to a lovely beach.
City center is far away, but getting a tuk tuk was easy. The beach water is brown and not suitable for swimming.

The spacious bungalows comfortably accommodated all six of us, and the Italian owner went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed the tranquility of the beautiful and quiet location, just a short walk from Polhena Beach where we were thrilled to swim with large turtles. The availability of Tuk Tuk rides made it easy to explore nearby attractions such as Mirissa and Matara. The absence of a beach in front of the villa provided a peaceful environment, perfect for families seeking a relaxing getaway. Special thanks to Ruzaik, the local manager, for his warm hospitality and attentiveness during our stay.
For dads, it would be great to have the towels changed more frequently.

Stayed in the Greta Cottage, a corner of a "lush ecogarden" with a "tasteful" decoration. Enjoyed access to private beach, pool, and solarium. Italian-style breakfast for a small fee.
Lovely creaky bed, with an added bonus of nearby closed restaurants and cafes. Oh, and they suggested I cook my own breakfast because I was the only guest!

I recently stayed at Deep Blue in Sri Lanka for a relaxing getaway. The beautiful garden with a swimming pool provided the perfect space to unwind. The clean, bright, and stylish room made me feel at home. The friendly owner was always there to assist. Additionally, being able to use the kitchen to prepare breakfast and coffee was a great perk. I highly recommend this place.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
